The firm is led by two (2) fellow Chartered Accountants (FCA); who bring strong technical expertise, practical insight and uncompromising professional ethics to every assignment. One of the partners is also DISA certified, strengthening our capabilities in system audits, IT controls and technology-enabled assurance services.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016, Divya Aggarwal brings strong professional expertise with a solid grounding in assurance, taxation and compliance advisory. She is known for her structured working style, clarity in execution and ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions to clients.
Her core areas of specialisation include statutory audit, tax audit, GST compliance & advisory, NRI taxation, NGO advisory, startup support, company incorporation and LLP registration. Her meticulous approach, attention to detail and client-centric mindset enable her to handle complex assignments with precision and confidence.
Divya leads the Delhi operations of the firm and plays an important role in strategy, execution and client relationship management.

His practice areas include statutory audit, tax audit, GST compliance & advisory, NRI taxation, startup advisory, GST refunds and investment advisory. He is widely appreciated for his analytical thinking, solution-driven advisory style and commitment to delivering value-centric professional guidance.
Pavan heads the Ahmedabad operations, leading engagements with professionalism, precision and a progressive outlook.
